I’ve recently started as Business Development Manager for Australia, launching the company and the brand into the Australian market.
What do you love about working for Cubro?
I’m passionate about making a strong contribution towards the success of MedTech innovations in the healthcare space. Cubro allows me to be at the forefront of cutting-edge medical technologies by partnering with world leading suppliers. These technologies directly impact patients’ lives, and I’m proud to be bringing these technologies to life in the Australian market.

Tell us how you achieve work life balance at Cubro and what you like to do in your free time?
I have a young family; we love going to the beach and being outdoors. We also make sure we have screen free time during the weekends. After work I love going to the gym.

Tell us about your career path at Cubro?
I started in customer service 8 years ago, at this time there was only about 6 of us! This was a new industry to me, so it was great to learn about all the different products and customers which laid a good foundation for me to move into the role of EA. Much like Cubro the EA role has developed quickly and has been a dynamic and rewarding career path to where I am today.
What do you love about working for Cubro?
I love the fast-paced environment and how everyone is constantly striving to do the best we can to provide solutions to our customers
We have an awesome team here at Cubro. We recently did an overhaul on our team values, and we now have values that truly represent who we are as a team. As the team grows it allows us to keep our amazing culture because we live and breathe our values and the team is aligned
Everyone at Cubro works hard and goes above and beyond, it also helps that we have a lot of fun along the way!
There is always something new and exciting happening at cubro, whether it be new products, new customers, new in-house projects, new ways of working etc. there is always exciting projects happening and I love being part of a ever evolving company
Describe how you feel you belong in Cubro - what are the things that you feel appreciated and a key part of the team?
I have a unique role here where I get to work across teams and support them in achieving great results every day. I feel supported as we have a culture that allows everyone to make mistakes and grow from them and you are encouraged to develop professionally through courses and on the job learning. We are clear on the vision and we are all aware that everyone one of us has a role to play in delivering the result – I truly feel lucky to be part of such a great team
How has Cubro helped you achieve your growth goals?
Cubro has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, and I'm proud to have been a part of that journey. As an Executive Assistant, my role is to support the leadership team where I have developed strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. I've had the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, expanding my knowledge base. Cubro's commitment to professional development is evident, and I've benefited from the professional development workshops offered.
Tell us how you achieve work life balance at Cubro and what you like to do in your free time?
Cubro has a great social culture, and we enjoy team activities regularly. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring the beautiful outdoors in the bay.
Warehouse Team Leader
How long have you been at Cubro?
Almost 6 years now.
Tell us about your career path at Cubro?
I started in Inwards Goods, moved to become the Inwards Goods Coordinator and then moved to the Inventory Controller role for a couple of years. I’m now the Warehouse Team Leader.
What do you love about working for Cubro?
What we do matters, we don’t just supply something like a TV to someone, what we send out the door helps people in their lives, and this does make you feel good about what you do on a daily basis.
Describe how you feel you belong in Cubro - what are the things that you feel appreciated and a key part of the team?
The company is very good at making their staff feel included and invested in what the company is doing. They are very open about what's going on, we are well looked after, and our core values reflect this as well.
How has Cubro helped you achieve your growth goals?
I think Cubro has helped me realize what I want growth goals to be. I started without too much of this in mind, it was just a good job at a good company, but it's developed into much more now. I've come to realize I care about what I’m doing and where I’m going and Cubro has helped me see that.
Tell us how you achieve work life balance at Cubro and what you like to do in your free time?
I have staff working on various shifts between 7am all the way to 9pm so it can be a challenge at times to achieve that work life balance, but the key has been that I have a great team I can rely on so when I’m not there they have things under control. In my spare time I keep myself busy between being with family and playing music.
Systems Development Lead

Tell us about your career path at Cubro?
I began my Cubro career in customer service before moving to a specialized community care role within the Trials department. In early 2019 I joined a project team as the sales champion to support the successful implementation of our ERP project.
Following this, I shifted my focus to IT, serving as a Business Analyst supporting the broader organization. For the past four years, I've led a System Development team of six, overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of our core systems, including ERP, CRM, data analytics, and our website.
What do you love about working for Cubro?
The team at Cubro is fantastic; I've forged strong friendships here. Leadership is approachable and collaborative, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The company is consistently striving for improvement and innovation which keeps my role dynamic and interesting.

Cubro has a high trust work ethos which makes me feel respected as an individual and empowered to continue to be the best that I can. It is great to be part of a team that together brainstorms solutions on a regular basis and shares information to ensure that we get the best outcomes – having fun along the way is a bonus. It’s not every workplace where you feel you are working alongside such a dedicated team striving towards a shared purpose and that is what I find is truly rewarding.

Cubro has cultivated a supportive environment that has empowered me to excel both personally and professionally. Despite not following a traditional IT path, the company's commitment to continuous learning and access to relevant courses has equipped me with a strong skillset and confidence necessary to thrive in my role.

Tell us about your career path at Cubro?
My career path at Cubro has been both rewarding and progressive. I started out as a Service Manager, where I focused on ensuring top-notch customer service and managing the service team effectively. As I gained more experience and a deeper understanding of our operations, I transitioned into the role of Service and Production Manager. This position allowed me to expand my responsibilities, overseeing both service and production teams, and driving improvements in efficiency and quality. Eventually, I was promoted to GM Operations, where I now have the opportunity to lead a broader range of functions, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and align with the company’s strategic goals. Each role has offered unique challenges and learning opportunities, contributing significantly to my professional growth at Cubro.

I achieve work-life balance at Cubro by making sure I prioritize my time effectively, which the company’s flexible and supportive environment makes possible. Spending quality time with my family is very important to me, and Cubro’s understanding of this helps me maintain that balance. In my free time, I love engaging in sports, especially surfing and fishing, which allow me to stay active and connect with nature. Socializing with friends and family also plays a big part in recharging and maintaining my overall well-being. The balance I’ve been able to maintain at Cubro has been key to my happiness and productivity, both professionally and personally.
